Making Text Highlights

Highlights allow you to mark up, annotate and then link together image and text documents and annotations. The videos and text below detail how to create highlights on text documents and annotations.


Creating a Text Highlight:

  1. Select a highlight color using the drop-down menu at the upper-left corner of the text document window—you'll have to "check out" the document to access the menu and other editing tools.

  2. Use your cursor to click and drag over select text you would like to highlight—as you would highlight text in order to copy and paste it.

  3. Click the "pencil-shaped" highlight tool on the left-hand side of the toolbar at the top of the window.
